THE ORIENTAL PAVILION in Fortune Select Excalibur, Sohna Road, Gurgoan is serving authentic Japanese, Chinese, Thai and Indonesian cuisine. Everything is very minutely taken care of. The classy décor, the reddish dim lights with chandeliers, Colored Glass Floor Lamp Shades with red tint, the Couches with finest of wood, few crafted with a single piece of wood and the  best of crockery, all imported from other Asian Countries.

Master Chef Inder Dev is associated with the property since it’s inception has crafted the Menu painstakingly. Aditya Chopra is heading the operations perfectly with great enthusiasm and dedication is also there for last six years.


THAI SPRING ROLL…..Veges with Glass Noodles in a crispy fried roll was awesome and real crispy. CHICKEN & MUSHROON GOLD COIN…..looks amazing and just melted in mouth. BASKET OF CHICKEN IN GREEN CHILLI SAUCE….. beautifully presented chicken in crispy basket. ORIENTAL CHICKEN SATAY….Pan fried with lovely oriental flavors of Lemongrass, Galangal.  


VIETNAMESE RICE PAPER ROLL…..Veges and Chicken with spices in rice paper roll, looks and tastes great. KAFFIR LIME FISH….very soft , well done Pan fried soya and wine flavored fish with lemon leaf. SPINACH & CORN CRYSTAL DUMPLIG…..healthy.  COTTAGE CHEESE IN SCHEZWAN PEPPER …..a bit spicy but tastey.


CHIM CHUM…..a Thai street food, traditionally made with Chicken and fresh herbs Galangal, Basil, Lemongrass, Kaffir lime leaves is cooked in Clay Pot on Charcoal, a meal in itself.


GREEN VEGES IN BURNT GARLIC, SLICE CHICKEN IN DRY RED CHILLY, SLICED FISH IN BASIL & CILENTRO, with EGG & BELL PEPPER FRIED RICE, VEG HAKKA NOODLES…..flavorful with excellent presentation.


TAB TIM GROB…..crunchy red rubies made from small pieces cut from water Chestnut and soaked in Red Cordial done with Coconut Milk ….delicious, FRIED TEMPURA ICE CREAM….Ice Cream wrapped in Pound Cake, frozen and then fried after dipping in tempura batter…..wow.


 Luxury at it’s best….one must experience !!
