DHABA at ATTAA, sector 18, Noida, like the ones on highways, brightly lit with vibrant colours...

Noida Sector 18 is coming up in it’s form after quite some time with the leveling of the floor to walk around conveniently. Here comes the DHABA on the first floor opposite Mc D’s.  A small outlet done up in Dhaba style like the ones on highways with truck replica, bright yellow lights, vibrant colored couches, number plates of different of trucks with slogans on the walls, the posters of old hindi movies and also with playing hindi movie songs, you actually feel that you are sitting in a Dhaba, yet neat and clean, a casual dining with around thirty five covers.

Owner Laxman Singh is a foodie himself and is very passionately involved with every minute detailing, be it décor, menu. Very meticulously crafted menu with some slight twist to the authentic Indian food is there to relish.

KALA KHATTA, CHAAS, LASSI were all perfect and refreshing. TANDOORI ALLOO…..stuffed alloo done on tandoor and DAHI KEBAB……crispy and soft inside are inviting. TOMATO CUTLET CHAAT…..the traditional Bihari street chaat made with yellow peas, tomatoes, spices, green chutney, looks as well as tastes awesome, not to be missed.

GILLAFI KEBAB…..minced chicken mixed with onion, tomatoes, capsicum and spices, grilled on charcoal presented beautifully with coriander, soft and juicy. MUTTON SEEKH KEBAB…..little different from the usual ones as were served with a little gravy to make them soft. FAUJI MUTTON CURRY…..just homely style done with less of oil was great. CHICKEN BIRYANI….. done with balanced spices.

Must experience by oneself as it is value for money !
