Spread in a huge area, probably the biggest property around, ANDAZ, a concept by Hyatt in Aerocity, Delhi is a Luxury five star hotel with four hundred and one keys along with hundred plus apartments. Upmarket Hotel, artistically done up is come up just eight-nine months back and already going great guns.

The twenty four hour Food Hall ANNAMAYA, has hundred and eighty covers, different sections and very spacious with elegant décor, has live kitchens all around. No base kitchen except for curry, everything is  done in live kitchens. A very good option for late night food as well.

Focus at ANNAMAYA is on healthy food, using local ingredients from Organic farms such as Tijara Organic Farm where organic and biodynamic farming is practiced which is holistic and also ecological approach is included. Besides this they grow Micro Greens in house which has more nutrition value. BURRATA CHEESE is sourced from the farm where the rule of St. Benedict is followed. Jams and Pickles are sourced from Kumaon region in which no artificial color or flavors are added……

Had some fresh and refreshing flavorful LASSI with perfect sweet, sour and flavor along with great Mocktails with just fresh ingredients.  MICRO GREENS SALAD…..freshly cut Micro Greens with Cucumber, Tomatos, lemon dressing. ARUGULA SALAD…..with Lychee Honey dressing, fresh Arugula leaves, GREEN MANGO SALAD…..with Chili Lime dressing, Green Mango, Tomato…….Awesome.

After thorough research and trials, they have brought some famous delicacies like AAB GOSHT, MURG CHOLEY, KHUMBH KHICHDA……. and tried their best to come as close to the original dishes as possible in terms of taste.

Aab-e-Safar which started from 7th October and is there till 22nd October, 2017, was extremely enjoyable as each and every dish is to die for, not only non veg, the veg dishes were also very delicious. A lavish spread is there to relish along with number of traditional chutney, sweet, sour, tangy chutney like KHAJOOR CHUTNEY, AKHROT KI CHUTNEY, RAW PAPAYA CHUTNEY, TOMATO CHUTNEY, …..Traditional breads like BAKARKHANI, KHAMEERI ROTI, BISCUITI ROTI, FENI PARANTHA…..are there to go with the food.

SIKANDRI RAAN, BANNO KEBAB, SIALKOT KI BOTI……all perfectly done with every minute detail to retain the moisture, to keep them soft with the cooking technique. Already very favorite for the veg taste buds, PANEER PASANDA with a twist with layers of khoya and dry fruits coated with Sev to make it crisp from outside. BHATTI KE ALOO…..to give it a boost, tricky marination is done.

MURG CHOLEY, ARBI GOSHT, SARGODHA MURG, ALAMGIR KA CHARGAH, AAB GOSHT, KUNNA GOSHT are some of the delights form different parts of Punjab, Kashmir, Pakistan. Very interesting dishes for the veg palate also like KHUMBH KHICHDA, MULTANI PANEER, JAFRANI MATAR PULAO, BHE KOFTA CURRY, DAL DERA GHATI KHAN……
