MALLACCA, Malaysian Kitchen, the first ever restaurant in Delhi NCR, serving Malaysian Cuisine is come up at 32nd Mile Stone, Gurugram



MALLACCA......Malaysian Kitchen at 32nd Milestone, Gurugram.

Wow what a mesmerizing place, the 32nd Milestone at Gurugram, it feels like you have come to a different city altogether. One side the wonderful restaurants, right now ten twelve are operational but they are going to be thirty two restaurants in few months time......as the name goes....32nd Mile Stone,
and the other side is very well manicured green lawn, beautifully done up.


MALLACCA, the first ever Malaysian cuisine restaurant in Delhi NCR, is brought here by Saurabh Mehta, a restauranter who is running successful restaurants like Flaying Saucer. Malaysian style decor, bright and colourful with approx hundred twenty covers with alfresco seating.

In Malaysian cuisine, Evaporated Milk, Condensed Milk, Coconut Milk and Maylo is extensively used.




Malaysian Mojito..... refreshing with kafir lime.
Malaysian Hot & Sour Chicken Soup.... with kafir lime, lemon grass is good, yet quite different from what we are used to the Chinese Hot & Sour Soup. Tofu Salad..... steamed Tofu served with spicy peanut sauce n pickled veges, I yet to develop taste for Tofu.



For the starters we had Panko Sweet Potato.....a flaky breadcrumbs used as coating for sweet potato. Murukku Doughnut..... minced chicken n shrimp, curry leaves done with panko crust.



Kapitan Chicken Curry with rice....creamy curry done with coconut milk somewhat similar to Thai curry. Roti Canai..... Sweet roti, dough done with condensed milk served with dal, loved the crisp sweet roti.


Nasi Lemak...... very popular meal of Malaysia, a complete meal, served in a thali, rice cooked in coconut milk with a compliments boiled egg, veges, peanuts, chicken.



For dessert, we had Roti Tissue or also called Roti Helicopter......sweet crisp roti served with Ice cream. Mango Stiky rice.....sweet flavored rice with fresh mango.

Overall wonderful exploring the Malaysian cuisine at MALLACCA.

FARZI CAFE, Cyber Hub, Gurugram has launched New Menu with some signature dishes......



FARZI CAFE, CYBER HUB, GURUGRAM.......NEW MENU LAUNCHED

Such a wonderful place to be at Cyber Hub at any time of the day, well maintained, spick n span and ample choice to dine in.

This time it was FARZI CAFE,  for lunch. Already going great guns, the restaurant was almost packed. Too noisy with so many people and loud music, hence requested to lower down the volume and made ourselves comfortable.

Indian cuisine presented with a twist, modern style, presented artistically. Molecular Gastronomy is what is seen here with awesome results. The new menu is the outcome of the two three most popular dishes of all their outlets at different cities along with some signature dishes. As these dishes are already liked by many people, so one can be rest assured that you will be delighted to dine here.


Chef greeted us with Amuse Bouche ....Mango Sphere, quite refreshing, it just melts in mouth while bursting,  presented beautifully.



College Canteen Masala Aloo Sandwich...... Amazing, you just can't make out what is it , the way it is plated. Nice, soft, wonderful. Dal Chawal Arancini...... complete meal in itself, mix of Dal, Chawal, Papad, Chutney with awesome presentation. Edmame & Aloo Samosa Pinwheel Chaat..... again amazing presentation and great taste. Guntur Chilli Chicken.....very well marinated and done up. Peshawari Paneer Tikka, Tellicherry Pepper Chicken Wings.....too good.



Mushroom Do Pyaaza, Chicken Tikka Masala, Mutton Roganjosh with Indian Breads for the mains.....loved it



Lemon Custard Tart Rasberry splash, Balushahi.....the traditional Balushahi presented with a twist, lipsmaking.


Offered very creative mouth freshner.....the Candy Floss with Pan stuffing.

Mosaic restaurant at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Sector 29, Gurugram is a place to relish the sustainable n progressive food.....



Everyday is a new learning day, you get to know about a new spice, new or forgotten fruit, vegetable. There is so much to explore within India and innovation is the mantra. Exec Chef Gautam Kumar and F&B Manager Manjeet Kumar and their team are working closely with farmers to produce sustainable food with usage of seasonal and local ingredients and the results are outstanding.


Mosaic restaurant is the all day dining place at
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, which is a boutique hotel at a very prominent location, Sector 29, Gurugram with all modern amenities, while focusing on F&B services. 



Enjoyed some magical mocktails using fresh local ingredients from which they are also growing few on their own premises. Some of their signature mocktails which we tried are..... Strangler done with Orange and Mirchi ka Achaar, Guava Ginger, Mary Dark Shine done with Galangal & Lemon Grass, Cucumber Avalanche, Apple Chilli Delight,.......all perfect & balanced with ingredients, refreshing.


Shakaloo and Cholia Chaat....both are seasonal and this Shakaloo is a forgotten fruit and is been brought on table by Chef Gautam.


Interesting Dips made with with Ber.....Ber Salasa, Green Peas dip, Smoked Baigan Bharta, Tamatar Lasoon Chutney. All very interesting and delicious.



Now some lipsmaking starters we had......Moong Dal Chokha Tacos..... awesome crisp from outside and soft n delicious from inside, Pesto Grilled Chicken, Kuti Mirch ka Fish Tikka, Harissa Fish Satay.... wonderful with perfect and balanced spices, Chutney Wala Paneer Tikka, CharmoulaTawa Mushroom, Cheese n Bellpepper Cigar Roll.....too good, crisp, soft.


Kale Chana ka Cappuccino soup with Chana Jor Garam.... healthy, delicious.


Mushroom n Sem Phali seed bhaja, Dal Bathua, Mix Veg Millet Pulao, we had for the main course also the
Methi Makai Cannelloni....an Italian dish.....roll stuffed with methi n Makai dipped in sauce.


Mirchi ka Halwa, Boondi Baked Yoghurt, Banana Pina Colada..... the desserts.

The Great Kebab Factory is recently launched at Radisson Blu, Faridabad, easy to locate is on the Mathura Road



What a sumptuous meal we had at The Great Kebab Factory, recently launched at Radisson Blu, Faridabad. For the time being it is open for guests in the evenings only. It is on the first floor with approx eighty covers with one PDR which can accommodate eight to ten people. Elegant decor, with wonderful entrance door, pecock painting on the corridor, quite inviting.

Radisson Blu  Faridabad is located at main Mathura Road near Metro Station, visible from quite a distance. Hotel has all the modern amenities with two restaurants and a bar.


At The Great Kebab Factory,
they have three set menus which they keep on rotating. Menu is  beautifully hand written on the glass at the entrance.




Santre ka Mantra.... very refreshing and tasty orange drink made with fesh Orange juice, mint, black salt.
Galouti Kebab on Ulte Tawa ka Parantha was awesome, just melted in mouth. Laknavi Chooza, Amritsari Machchi Tikka, Achari Paneer Tikka, Kumb ka Tikka, Tandoori Jhinga, Grilled Pineapple, Mutton Seekh. All starters were delicious, soft, meticulously done. Awesome breads, Bakarkhani, Sheermal were served....all made inhouse.


Main course had, Dal Factory, Dal Tadka, Paneer Jeera Mirch, LaalMans, Makhani Murg, Sarson ka Saag with Garlic Naan, Makki ki roti, Subz Biryani. All the dishes were perfectly done. Even if you are full with starters, you can't miss these magnificent delicacies.



Moong Dal Halwa, Shahi Toast, Pan Ice cream, Kulfi.... for the dessert....presented nicely.



Very experienced Exec Chef Avanish Jain, Sidhant Sirohi, Asstt M Manager, Sailesh Gurung, Asstt F&B Manager,
and the team are working hard to make the guests comfortable as well as enjoy the stay and good food.

WAZWAN.... Kashmiri Food Fest is on till 10th Feb, 2019 here and the Chef Tariq Ahmed from Kashmir Valley is showcasing the delicious delicacies

#WAZWAN....the Kashmiri Food Fest is been organized at Courtyard By Marriott, Gurugram and is on till 10th Feb, 2019. Chef Tariq Ahmed is here from Kashmir Valley to give the authentic delicacies, who is quite experinced as he himself and the whole family is involved in this profession only for decades. They use only clarified butter to make these delicacies which is the most healthy medium for cooking.



Some of the famous starters  we had..... Kashmiri Seekh Kebab.... perfectly done, Gosht Kanti.... done with bell pepper, onion and spices, Tabak Maaz..... Mutton ribs shallow fried, Chicken Kanti, Fish Tujee....char grilled fish Paneer Kanti, Aloo Moong Dal Tikki.... tasty, Nadru Malai Tikki....very soft and delicious.  Some delicious Dips are also offered.



The famous Goshtaba.... the mutton balls in gravy, which takes time to make as the meat is minced for long to make balls out of it and then in yogurt gravy. Tamatar Chaman.... paneer in gravy. Munj Gadh Fish, Waza Chicken, Kashmiri Rajma, Dum Aloo, Nadru Yakhni, Bathak....the green saag.


Firni and Suji ka Halwa were served as dessert.




Restaurant Manager, Sachin Bhardwaj, server Ravi and team ....all very courteous and attentive.

Only few days left to enjoy these Kashmiri delicacies in comfortable and cosy ambiance.
