FAB CAFE, the first Cafe from the retail chain store FAB INDIA is come up in Vasant Kunj Market, Delhi with their health food menu, very innovative....


FAB INDIA which is an Indian Chain Store retailing garments, furnishings, ethnic products for decades have opened their first Café by the name FAB CAFÉ in Vasant Kunj market on third floor, entrance for which is from the FAB STORE only. A small decent café with approx. thirty covers. Brightly lit with large windows and greenery around is definitely an inviting place where the focus is on healthy food.


Very innovative delicious food prepared with conscious efforts to retain the minerals and vitamins of the ingredients. They do maximum use of Organic and seasonal ingredients vegetables, fruits….hence making nutritious food. No Refined Sugar, no Refined Flour and no Refined oil is used here, instead they use healthy fats like Pure Ghee, Mustard oil, Coconut oil,… which helps in digestion and absorption of essential Vitamins and Minerals, alternative Grains, Gur, are used. Many of the ingredients are available in FAB INDIA STORES. Very experienced Chef Sunil Chauhan, who has done HM from PUSA Delhi has curated this highly innovative menu.




GANNA JUICE…..with Ginger, Mint and Kala Namak, refreshing and had it after ages. BLUEBERRY GREEN TEA SMOOTHIE…..fresh , cool with nice colour. CHARFRILLED SARDA WITH FETA AND WALNUTS……this green salad is done with Tulsi Balsamic dressing. SPICY DAL SPROUT FILLED GOLGAPPA……Golpappa filled with Bean Sprout, aloo served with Pomegranate, Pineapple and Mint water…..perfect with sweet and tangy taste.



ANDHRA KALEJI FRY PATE WITH BANANA ABD KATHAL CHIPS……Liver pate done with South Indian Spices served with Banana and Kathal Chips, Kathal Chips we had for the first time were crisp. BEETROOT LOTUS STEM TIKKI CHAT……delicious and healthy too.



PARSI CHICKEN DHANSAK……slow cooked Chicken with Lentil and veges. BENGALI FISH CURRY……CHICKEN CHETTINAD……with CAULIFLOWER RICE…… just grated cauliflower…..JACKFRUIT FLOUR CHAPATI…..never heard it even that Chapati can be made with Kathal, was surprised, were soft, awesome.
KATHAL QUINOA BIRYANI…..delicious, healthy biryani made with Quinoa and Kathal was served with Raita and Salan.




COCONUT RABRI TART……coconut rabri on Deed tart topped with seasonal fruits, looked amazing with Kiwi and Pomegranate seeds and was tasty too. HIMALAYAN ORGANIC HONEY AND WALNUT TART,,,,,Almond  flour tart with walnut, honey and Gur was lip smacking. Never had these delicious desserts before, quite innovative .ARTISAN ICE CRÈME……PEANUT CHIKKI, MASALA CHAI, STRAWBERRY GUR….these dairy free Ice creams, again a delight.
KASHMIRI KEHWA…..was the best beverage to have in this winter season after heavy, yet not so heavy meal…..

GRAY GLOBAL KITCHEN & BAR is a new outlet come up in GK 1, N Block Market serving global cuisine .....is a high end restaurant.....


Here comes the new outlet, GRAY GLOBAL KITCHEN & BAR in one of the up market of South Delhi, GK 1, N Block. It is from the well established brand Ambrosia Bliss in CP which is already doing great and been operational for five years. Their focus is on good food.

 This High end restaurant GRAY GLOBAL K & B has gray colour scheme which goes well with the theme which is Circle of life, beauty and nature. White colour is added to keep it pure and serene. The restaurant is in two floors with eighty plus covers and alfresco seating on top floor, with hanging Chandeliers, hanging lights, ceiling dotted with numerous hanging Arcylic Snowflakes, this place really stands out. The main wall adorned with traditional paper cut art called KIRI, with intricate design looks mesmerizing.




Bartender created some magical cocktails for us …..LAMP ROOM GRAY ……Whiskey based fresh Orange Juice mixed with baby corn, presented beautifully with smoke of Hickory Wood. THE DANCER’S REWARD…..VODKA based fresh Pineapple chunks mixed with Lemon, Star Aniseed presented nicely with dehydrated Pineapple.




MEZZE NON VEG PLATTER…..Hummus, Babaganous, Muhamara, Labneh Shish Tauk, Lamb Kibbeh and Pita Bread……was excellent with beautiful presentation. CEASER SALAD CHICKEN …… just okay. SPEGHETTI ALIO ORIO….found it a bit dry.




CHICKEN STEAK…….Chicken breast stuffed with minced chicken and Mozzarella Cheese served with veges and mash potato topped with Mushroom sauce.    MURG RASULI TIKKA……soft juicy chicken done with garlic and cheese. GRILLED PRAWN served with SPANISH TARTER SAUCE.


BLUEBERRY CHEESE CAKE and FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE FUDGE……relished for the dessert and best part is all these are made in house.

The place is a must visit with very courteous team to attend to.

CAFE ON 3 , a twenty four hour restaurant in HOLIDAY INN MAYUR VIHAR is celebrating DAKSHIN DWAR from 6th Dec to 17th Dec, 2017 , showcasing delicacies from six states of South India


HOLIDAY INN MAYUR VIHAR,located on the main road that goes from Akshardham Temple to Noida, a five star hotel with all the modern facilities. CAFÉ ON 3 is the 24 hour restaurant serving multi cuisine. This Café is on third floor overlooking the Swimming Pool, giving a serene view.

DAKHIN DWAR is being celebrated from 6th Dec to 17th Dec, 2017 in CAFÉ ON 3 as a South Indian culinary journey for which Chef Prabhakaran, the Head Chef of the iconic Dakshin from Chennai has flown here to showcase the traditional cuisine from six states, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Puducherry. With Chettinad spices where Star Aniseed, Black Pepper, Tamarind, Bay leaf…..are majorly used, the dishes came out marvelous.


As a tradition, first the BANANA DOSA is served to the guest in South India, so we started with BANANA DOSA….riped banana pancake with flavor of cardamom was awesome. VAZHAPOO VADA…Lentil and Plantain Flower mixed with spices and fried was crisp. MEEN POLLICHATHU……fresh fish marinated with Chettinad spices wrapped in banana leaf done on tawa, was spicy, juicy and delicious. PRAWNS done with chettinad spices was awesomely delicious with distinct flavour.


TOMATO PAPPU…..lentil done with tomatoes, chilli, garlic …..KARIVEPPILAI POONDU KOZHAMBU…..this spicy tangy curry was done with garlic, curry leaves and chettinad spices……had it for the first time, too good with tingling sensation.
KORI RASA…..Mangalorean style Chicken curry again with distinct flavour, THANJAVOUR MEEN KUZHAMBU……Tamilnadu’s traditional fish curry was great. VENNAI MAMSAM KOORA……mutton done with coconut and white butter, perfect.



APPAM WITH KAI STEW and CHICKEN STEW…….a delicious meal in itself and not to be missed.
PINEAPPLE PACHADI…..Pineapple Chutney, COCONUT CHUTNEY, TAMARIND CHUTNEY, TOMATO CHUTNEY served along enhanced the taste of the already delicious delicacies.


Desserts ….ELANEER PAYASAM…coconut delicacy and ADA PRADHAMAN…..Rice flakes Porridge. Very different from the North Indian desserts which we North Indians regularly have. Just relished.

Just few days left to enjoy these really amazing delicacies. Each and every dish is a delight. For Dinner it is priced at Rs 1850 plus Taxes and for Lunch it is Rs 1400 plus Taxes.

Very appropriate name SPELLBOUND, will definitely leave you spellbound. Have yet to come across any such dining place, even close to it in terms of ambiance, food, in and around Noida. It is a masterpiece created by celebrity Ramneek Pantal, while food is curated by Dr Izzat Hussain who comes from Royal family of Awadh.

Dr Izzat Hussain is a Unani Physician and also Indian, Mughlai Chef. His knowledge of medicine has helped him in creating healthy cuisine. His forte is cooking without water, without curd. He is not using any artificial colors and uses less oil and spices which makes food light and digestive. He uses more of Black Spices with gives a distinct taste and flavour.


SPELLBOUND is come up in GARDENS  GALLERIA MALL, Noida, Sector 38. Has Two floors with hundred and twenty covers in one floor and the second floor is with open Terrace. Class décor, interiors, upholstery, colour scheme with utmost finesse.


SHIKHAMPUR VEG KABAB….. The Royal Kebab, finely chopped veges with spices and done with less of oil, just melted in mouth…….VEG IZZATI SEEKH…….very delicate seekh , too soft with great taste….AAM CHUTNI PANEER TIKKA…..Paneer Tikka stuffed with Aam ki Chutney, had this combination for the first time, was awesome…..served with awesome dips, done without water , with Garlic, Sesame, Olive oil


 MURG KALPASY TIKKA……mouthwatering Murg tikka marinated without hung curd, as the curd if heated is not good for health according to Dr Izzat Hussain . MURG NEZABOTI KABAB…..distinct taste and Juicy.. .….IZZATI GALAOTI KABAB…..lip smacking kebab.
MUTTON BADAMI KORMA and MURG BEGAM PASANDA….. again  these royal dishes will leave you spellbound…..KAJU PALAK…. Never had it before, it was ultimate….. TRIVENI DAL….mix of three dal, done with perfection



IZZAT KI ROTI….the multi grain with multi spices is soft delicious and healthy and looks awesome…., GINGER MINT KULCHA, EGGLESS BUTTER NAN, SHEERMAAL, the traditional breads of Awadhi cuisine


 For the desserts, relished BADAM HALWA…..PAKIJA PHIRN.

FUSION BISTRO CAFE & LOUNGE BAR, the well established brand of Hyderabad is come with their first outlet in Delhi in Kailash Colony Market.....


Well established brand, Fusion Bistro Café & Lounge Bar of Hyderabad is come up with their first outlet in Delhi in Kailash Colony Market. It is quite to our liking, the place to relish excellent food, with bright natural light. While climbing the staircase itself, as it is on the first floor, one can be rest assured that you have chosen the right place to dine in.

Decently done up in European style is moderately priced in a nice, comfortable setting, the place is inviting. The Fusion Bistro Café & Lounge Bar is in two floors with Terrace. Very spacious with approx fifty pax seating in one floor, nice ambiance with good music. Had heard a lot about the food here, and found it to be just amazing.



 Started  the meal with soup, had TOM KHA CHICKEN SOUP…….rich soup with coconut milk, lemongrass, chicken, mushroom was delicious with nice aroma. KAFTA KABAB……coarsely done up ingredients, grilled with perfection and came out as lip smacking. SHISH TAOUK…….soft chicken chunks with Arabian spices on skewers with fresh aroma of spices were great with nice plating.



GREEN THAI CURRY with STICKY RICE……superb with chunks of veges, chicken, aromatic herbs and spices, delicious. FETTUCCINE in Pesto…..pasta done in fresh pesto sauce was creamy and quite a delight, the garlic bread served along was crisp and tasty.

This multi cuisine Café is serving North Indian, Asian, Italian, Conti. …..superb food. The best part is all the breads, desserts are made in house and just fresh also fresh herbs and spices are used, no compromise on the quality and on top of that the portion size of dishes was quite large.

RAMADA CENTRAL GURGOAN in Sector 44, Gurgoan is celebrating PUNJAB FOOD FEST these days. Hotel is very centrally located in close proximity to major corporate offices.  Approx, six years old property with two hundred plus key has all the modern facilities such as S Pool, Bar, Fitness Center, Spa.
The Punjab Food Fest has started on 15th Nov and is on till 30th Nov, 2017. Nicely decorated the restaurant in vibrant colours to give the feel of Punjab village. The Fest is on in the evenings, with Punjabi music, Dhol and Live counters for Chaat, Gol Gappa with Patiala Peg/Vodka shots, Doodh Kadai, Jalebi, Lassi,……


Had relished some of the exotic delicacies, GOLGAPPA, GOLGAPPA with VODKA, MIRCHI PAKODA, very innovative VEG and CHICKEN GUJIYA…….Looks so nice, perfectly done, crispy, very tasty, PANEER CHANGA MANGA KURKURI……very crisp from outside done with papad and soft from inside, BHUTE DA SEEKH….again superb, soft, BHATINDE DA SARSON BHARA ALOO…….very different from the usual stuffed, roasted Aloo.


From the Non Veg section, DUNALI SEEKH KEBAB….done with Mutton and Chicken, JALANDHARI MURG TIKKA…..soft, juicy with great taste, FISH AMRITSARI…..


SARSON KA SAAG MAKKE DI ROTI NAAL with Gur, DUM ALLO MALAI…..Dum aloo with a twist, DAL MAKHNI, RARA MUTTON with DHABE DA CHUKKA PULAO, all dishes are done with perfection and served with great enthusiasm.


HALWA PARANTHA……again parantha with a twist, puff patty fried so that is remains crisp and soft. HARI MIRCH KA HALWA……this is something unique, had it for the first time and was delicious and so was the colour, nice light green.

Exec Chef Amit Kumar has done a marvelous job, each and every dish is done with great passion and all of them came out fantastic.

ADTOI, The Association of Domestic Tour Operators of India held their 8th Annual Convention at VIZAG from 16th to 20th Nov, 2017 at Novotel Varun Beach Hotel


Picturesque VISAKHAPATNAM or VIZAG as it is commonly known, was the chosen destination for #ADTOI 8th Annual Convention, held from 16th Nov to 20th Nov, 2017 with the idea to explore the ViZAG for the tourists to give them first hand information about the city. Indeed is a superb destination for tourists, for Theme Weddings, MICE. City has also come up with Wellness destination, and this destination is such that once you land up there, half the problem is already cured by just viewing the place, it’s fascinating, Medical Tourism is also on the cards, besides the third cleanest city of India.




#ADTOI, The Association of Domestic Tour Operators Of India organized the Convention at NOVOTEL VARUN BEACH Hotel here. The Theme of the convention was “EXPLORE INDIA ONE COUNTRY MANY WORDS”. CM Mr. N Chandrababu Naidu launched the AP State Chapter of ADTOI and released the ADTOI MANNUAL.


The convention started with the inaugural ceremony of lighting of lamp by Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Mr. N Chandrababu Naidu with the address to the delegates and offered them for any suggestion for the growth of the tourism, and said “will definitely look into it”. Address by President ADTOI Mr Khanna, Secy. Tourism AP Mr Mukesh K Meena and other dignitaries followed .



Panel discussion on the development of infrastructure for the growth of tourism, India as a potential destination for Theme Weddings, Film Shooting, Mice, further on new ideas for the growth of Tour Operators as how the Tour Operators should keep up with the growing technology. Presentation of various Hotels and destinations were given by the delegates. Evenings concluded with Gala dinners.



Managing three hundred plus delegates from all over India was quite a task. . The Exec Committee of ADTOI and Novotel Varun Beach Hotel made this event a successful one. Every aspect was taken care of, very well organized, be it the Convention, Pre and Post Tours of the City. Watched it closely how everyone put in their heart and soul to make it a memorable event with their conscious effort to choose the new unexplored destination for the tourists. #ADTOI ROCKS !!
