PEANUTS, ORIENTAL SPICED MINI WANTON CRISPY POPCORN and MEXICAN NACHO . MINT
PEPPER CHICKEN, SHRIMP BALLS, GOSHT KE KADAK KEBAB, KHUMB MOZRELLA, BACON
WRAPPED PRAWNS, SPRING ROLL are the starter we relished.
Headed to
INDIA ON MY PLATTER, the Indian speciality Restaurant for the main course. Here
Nizam Sabir Khan, the renowned singer made the evening memorable by singing
songs and gazals of our choice.
Welcome
drink CHAACH was very refreshing. RAM LADDU with green chutney and raddish was
crisp. ACHARI KHUMB , perfect with real achari flavour.
GOSHT
HIHARI, SAG PANEER, PANJABI KADHI PAKODA, SARSON KA SAAG, DAL MAKHNI, tasted
just a spoonful of these delicacies. All perfectly done with flavour. ULTE TAWA
KA PARANTHA , relished the crisp and a bit sweet parantha.
SHEERA KI
BURFI….the ultimate dessert, saffron flavored semolina done with milk and khoya
and dry fruits.
We were
staying at the hotel, so had the breakfast at the ZODIAC, the 24 hour Multi
cuisine Restaurant. Extensive variety of dishes were laid for the breakfast.
Had the awesome PLAIN DOSA from the live counter, along with some STIR FRIED
VEGES, BABY POTATOES, CORN IN TOMATO SAUCE , FRESH ORANGE JUICE.

Happy that we decided to go to Fortune Select Excalibur, Sohna Road, Gurgoan to spend quality time to celebrate family function. It is a great option for a weekend getaway for people living in Delhi NCR
