guns, the STOTRM GRILL & BAR now with a new name STORM VERSION 2.0 is a hundred
covers restaurant with the focus on food, not authentic cuisine but Indo Fusion
which is a need of the hour.
Conveniently located on the main road at East of Kailash
with valet parking, so no hassle for parking which is a big issue in Delhi these
days. Revamped recently with new name and new menu. Decent dining place with
amazing ambiance, art effects on walls, miniature windmills on the other wall
with a rotating clock on the falls ceiling in the centre gives the restaurant a
contemporary look. Young couple Shamit and Komal Ajmani running this place with
great passion.
Refreshing cocktails…..CORONO R”ITA, the beer based concoction
of Tequila, Triple Sec with an overturned beer bottle into margarita with lots
of ice in a nice big jar, looks amazing & perfect for this season. MAGGI
MARGARITA…..apt for the younger lot with maggi masala.
CHICKEN TIKKA SALAD and MEATZA SALAD….excellent, presented
in a nice black platter, although personally I don’t like the black platters
but this one was beautiful.WAI WAI BHEL…. With balanced mild spices.
MAGGI ARANCINI…..maggi stuffed nice balls, crisp. BUTTER
CHICKEN TART….star dish for me, very very crisp tart with succlent butter
chicken, delicious, not to be missed. FIRANGI NAAN…….crisp naan topped with
jalapenos and served with green and tangy & sweet mango chutney. THAI CURRY
with KULCHA…..this is what the exact fusion is, got surprised when heard and
saw the dish but then really liked it, must have.
DAL STORM VERSION 2.0, CHETTINAD CHICKEN, PANEER KORMA with
MALABAR PARANTHA…..just tasted awesome.
Had STORM FRIED ICE CREAM
and GULAB JAMUN CHEESE CAKE for
the desserts.
Recently joined Chef Neelam Nautiyal is doing a great job,
not from any HM background but has a good experience of working in some reputed
outlets and knows his job well.
