best part, got to know about Mr Mahajan is that he treats his staff as one big
family and that is why most of the staff who had joined six years back since
the Hotel came into existence, is still working there.
Under the guidance of Brand Master Chef Inder Dev, the food
there is excellent. He is associated with the Hotel from day one. His forte is to make the food with fresh herbs
and ingredients.
The Operations Manager, Mr Aditya Oberoi is also there for
last six years. He is very dedicated and is passionately involved with the
operations. Both have over two decades of experience in the industry.
