LUCKNOWI ANDAZ…..was quite visible at the entrance itself,
traditional décor with artwork, backdrop, lamp shades, candles, bright and
colorful, with authentic delicacies of Awadhi Cuisine and soulful live music,
the evening well spent, quite entertaining.
Awadhi cuisine is
inspired by Mughal cooking techniques prepared with exotic flavors using Indian
Spices. Relished the starters…..KAKORI KEBAB, SURMAI FISH TIKKA, MAWA KEBAB,
RAJMA KEBAB, GALOUTI KEBAB…..soft, delicate, just melted in mouth.
For the main course, AWADHI MUTTON BIRYANI, AWADHI CHICKEN,
BIRYANI, NALLI NAHARI….were awesome. Many more Veg and Non Veg delicacies are
there to relish.
Delicious desserts…..SHAHI TUKDA, SEVIYAN KA MUZZAFFAR,
GII-E-FIRDAUS….made with Lauki and rice with lots of dry fruits, GAJAR KA
HALWA, FIRNI, KADHA DUDH…..difficult to resist, even when you feel full.
